What the forms collect

The English contact form asks for Name, Email, Phone and Message. All four fields are required.

The Spanish contact form asks for Nombre (name), Correo (email), Teléfono (phone) and Mensaje (message). All four fields are required.

If you call or email instead, Rios Landscaping receives what you send that way.

Why

Submitting a contact form sends the information you enter to Rios Landscaping so they can respond to your request.

Please do not include payment information.

We don't sell or rent your information.

Form provider

This website is hosted on Netlify, and its contact forms use Netlify Forms. Netlify stores form submissions. If email notifications are enabled for these forms, request information can also be held in email copies sent to the business. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Third-party services

The English and Spanish contact pages show an embedded Google map; loading it connects your browser to Google under Google's privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Umami to count page visits, link clicks and contact form use. Umami does not use cookies. Pageview information includes the pages viewed, referring pages, browser language and screen size. See Umami's privacy policy.

The website's event hooks do not include values entered into the contact forms.

The website's own JavaScript does not set cookies or save preferences in your browser's local storage.

How long we keep it

Kept only as long as needed to respond and provide service; email or call us to have your information deleted.
